Dragoncello, the Capital City of Ortaggio, prides itself on its cutting edge technologies. The city has 6 major universities, all specializing in differing schools of innovation and skill.

Dragoncello is a Geniocratic Republic, run by the brightest and most talented representatives of the city. 7 Councilmembers - 6 are representatives of the Universities in Dragoncello and the 7th member is decided by a competition held yearly on the anniversary of Dragoncello’s Founding. There are 7 different trials which people compete in, the one who wins the majority of events is deemed the winner. If there is a tie, they continue to compete until one is deemed victor.

Residents of Dragoncello are often seen sporting handy I.M.P.S (Individualized Magical-Pal Systems) Inutuitive Personal Assistant Devices (aka IPADs), rumored to be run by tiny invisible quasits who answer any and all questions asked... and sometimes even tell jokes!
